• Birth Prep Workshop (full-day immersive workshop to prepare you for your birth experience; attend between 33-37 weeks).

• Affirmation Cards for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum (beautifully crafted by us - printed on 4X6 photo paper and ready to hang in your birthing space).

• Virtual prenatal meeting to dive deeper into your preferences, your vision, and what you need for this experience to feel empowering and supported.

• Birth Preferences template & support building your document (your birth plan).

• Education & empowerment about your rights and options, informed decision-making, and advocating during your birth .

• Unlimited prenatal support via email/text. This package prepares you and your birth partner for the challenges and intensity of labour, while giving your privacy during your birthing time. In-person support during your birth is NOT included.

• Access to borrow birth tools (peanut ball, exercise ball, donut ball, TENS machine, birth sling, stress sand balls, acupressure comb, heat pack, essential oils).

• Access to lending library (large selection of books on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum).

• Regularly emailed resources with evidence-based information to guide you on your journey in pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, and postpartum.

• Unlimited post-birth support via email/text for feeding and transitional support.
