Many new parents spend most of their pregnancy preparing for the birth of their baby, but what about afterwards? Through honest and compassionate preparation, we will guide you through the many topics and challenges new parents face. This workshop provides a non-judgemental and safe space to explore. We do not push a specific parenting style and offer evidence-based information to support your in meeting your parenting/feeding goals. This workshop is recommended to both pregnant couples and new parents alike!

How partner can bond with baby
Postpartum expectations for mother & partners
Feeding your baby & common challenges
Sleep, in all of its forms

Tuition includes workshop for 1-2 people (birthing person and/or birth partner).
Refund policy: If cancelling 30+ days from event date a full refund will be issued. Due to high demand and limited spaces, 50% of tuition is non-refundable within 11-30 days of event. No refunds will be given if cancelling within 10 days of event.
